Life is just like a roller coaster some say and to me I just want a calm life with a blessing given every day and enjoy it at this Paraty House near the colonial town of Paraty.

This tropical view house was predicted to be Kogan’s favorite house. The house itself is touch by simple modern design without leaving the accent and modesty nuances. The house doesn’t look glamorous, it looks refreshingly calming with the tropical view balancing and crowding around it. Marcio Kogan uses wood, stone and vegetation which interacts seamlessly between the house and the environment thus it also create a perfect balance. The minimalist interior can be vividly seen where most part are left naturally unpainted to make it more modest and simple. It’s just a house with balance and it’s similar to our life which needs balance.
