Four blocks superimposed on terraces adapting to a field with very pronounced slope. In the upper block begins a descendete tour by a sequence of spaces of various qualities. A series of walls made of stone and concrete create the spaces. The vain in the concrete walls define the relationship between the inside and the outside and also frame the pleasant view of the north-west limit of Mexico City.
