We were always left overwhelmed by the work of several architects, ranging from micro house, mini house, small house and even up to the modern minimalist japanese house. The space constraints at this house need to be noted.
The incredible Y House which is located in Saitama, 30 km from north of Tokyo here is done by IDEA Office and the mini space used here is absolutely astounding. In such small space the architect able to create a three floor sustainable home with outdoor terrace and a nice open-closed facade.
